Advance Voting Online

Vote online between 10 am on Friday, October 16 and 12 pm on Sunday, October 25.

Vote at the Aurora Seniors’ Centre (90 John West Way, L4G 8A2)

  • Saturday, October 17 from 12 pm to 6 pm

  • Sunday, October 18 from 12 pm to 6 pm

  • Monday, October 19 from 4 pm to 8 pm

  • Tuesday, October 20 from 4 pm - 8 pm

  • Wednesday, October 21 from 4 pm - 8 pm

Election Day Voting (October 26)

Ward 6 voters can vote at the Aurora Recreation Complex - Gym at 1400 Wellington St E, L4G 7B6.

Voting is open from 10 am - 8 pm on Monday, October 26.

Your Voter Notification Card, which will be mailed to you, will contain these options along with specific voting locations during these periods.

Voting Information

Voting Eligibility 

You are eligible to vote if you are: 

  • a Canadian citizen; and

  • at least 18 years old; and

  • a resident in Aurora’s Ward 6

    • a non-resident of Aurora Ward 6, but you or your spouse own or rent property in Aurora Ward 6; and

  • not prohibited from voting under any law.

Post-Secondary Students

If you are an Aurora Ward 6 resident, but are studying in another Ontario municipality, you may be eligible to vote in both municipal elections.

Identification

Voters require ID but it does not need to include a photo. It only needs to include your name and qualifying address (e.g., driver’s license, utility bill etc).
